JAKEELAH

Born and raised in Trenton NJ. Jakeelah was brought up in the church.  Singing on the choir and Praise & Worship teams has always been a part of her life.

Aside from gospel, she has a love of R&B, Soul and Hip Hop music. Some of her biggest influences are Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Mary J Blige and Faith Evans.

To date, Jakeelah has performed as the headliner for Penn State University's “End of the Year Gala” for 2018 and 2019. Background vocals for Gospel Recording Artist, Macheeste Malloy. Several local open mics and a show at a local Pennsylvania winery, Spring Gate.

If she’s not singing, you can find her in the gym or binge watching her favorite tv series.
